Everything you need to know before booking.

We install displays from late September through mid-October. Canadian Thanksgiving weekend (mid-October) is our most popular window — we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is collected on the day of installation. Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of your scheduled setup date.
We source directly from trusted local Ontario farms including Hutchinson Farm in Burlington, Chudleigh's in Milton, and Downey's Farm in Caledon. Every display features fresh, locally grown pumpkins and heirloom varieties — nothing from a grocery store warehouse.
Our pickup service means we return to your home in late October or early November to remove all the pumpkins and decor — no mess, no rotting pumpkins to deal with. The add-on is $35 for all packages except The Showstopper, where pickup is included free.
Most installations take between 20 and 45 minutes depending on your package. You don't need to be home — just let us know if there's a gate code or special access instructions when you book.
Absolutely. If you have colour preferences (all white pumpkins, more gourds, specific accent pieces) just mention it in the notes when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate. We love working with clients to get the look just right.

A little drizzle won't stop us — pumpkins are tough! If severe weather is forecast, we'll reach out the day before to reschedule at no charge. Your deposit remains valid for the new date.
